As part of Hannah Lavery's Scottish Book Trust's Reader in Residency with East Lothian Libraries, we are working together to bring an exciting programme of CoastWord evening events to Dunbar Library.

Join us for a warm and friendly night of song, poetry and stories with local musicians Davie Robertson, Karen Dietz and Richard Klein and local poets Colin Will and Roy Moller along with our nation’s makar Liz Lochhead. The evening begins at 6pm with supper in the library provided by the Ridge Cafe, the evening of entertainment starting at 7pm and finishing at 9pm.

A day of workshops from Glasgow Women’s Library, Kirsty Logan and The Village Pub Theatre’s Sophie Good, with lunch and refreshments provided by the Ridge Cafe.
